Job Title: Director of Marketing
Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Position Summary:
The Director of Marketing will lead a diverse marketing team, overseeing strategies and campaigns that drive lead generation, build brand awareness, and foster franchise partnerships. Reporting to the CMO, this role requires a strategic thinker and people-focused leader capable of managing multiple channels, including event-based marketing and franchise support, to help drive 200% business growth over the next 18 months. Success in this role will hinge on achieving an optimal ROI and CPA across marketing efforts, while motivating the team to consistently deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business growth goals, ensuring a balance between digital, print, event-based, and face-to-face marketing.
• Identify and optimize channels that deliver the highest ROI and lowest CPA, continually assessing performance and making data-driven adjustments.
• Act as a liaison between corporate and franchise marketing teams, supporting franchise partners with local marketing efforts that align with brand standards and growth objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional marketing team, setting clear goals and holding team members accountable to high performance standards.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and entrepreneurship within the team, empowering individuals to think like owners and proactively find solutions.
• Support professional development within the marketing department, providing coaching, training, and resources to enhance skillsets and team cohesion.
• Ensure all marketing initiatives align with Art of Drawers’ mission to “Deliver a Wow Experience,” maintaining a customer-centric approach across all touchpoints.
• Oversee brand messaging consistency across all channels to strengthen market positioning, drive engagement, and differentiate Art of Drawers from competitors.
• Engage with customer feedback and trends to refine messaging, campaigns, and experiences that resonate with target audiences.
• Measure, analyze, and report on marketing metrics to the CMO, identifying areas for improvement, optimizing budgets, and forecasting future trends.
• Use insights to shape marketing strategies, drive campaign improvements, and ensure accountability to performance goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of marketing experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role; experience in franchise-based or rapidly scaling organizations is a plus.
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and hold team members accountable.
• Experience in ROI-based marketing, with the ability to interpret and leverage analytics to drive results.
• Adaptability and a growth-oriented mindset; comfortable with change in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
