Director of Marketing - Facilities Services - Base Salary to 120k/year - Orlando, FL

• Our client, a renowned leader in the HVAC industry, is urgently seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing to elevate their digital presence, enhance brand awareness, oversee trade show strategies, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role would have prior experience in Commercial HVAC, facility engineering, or energy management. Furthermore, candidates must have prior experience with B2B strategic marketing.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, the Director of Marketing will be a strategic and results-driven professional responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives. The Director of Marketing will oversee all aspects of industry trade shows, digital marketing, paid media campaigns, email marketing, and content development while managing vendor relationships and optimizing SEO and website content. Additionally, the Director of Marketing will collaborate with leadership to ensure marketing initiatives align with corporate goals, analyze competitive trends, and refine strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate for this role would have prior experience in Commercial HVAC, facility engineering, or energy management. Furthermore, at least 7+ years of marketing experience is preferred and familiarity with platforms such as WordPress, Google ads, email marketing, and other platforms to increase engagement. Prior trade show experience is a plus.
