Director of Marketing – Your Job Duties:
You'll be the heart of our 15-20 person marketing and creative team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where everyone feels empowered to bring their best ideas.
You Will:
- Lead all aspects of the company's marketing efforts - develop strategies, manage budgets, lead various marketing functions and oversee creative direction
- Spearhead the development and execution of integrated B2B and B2C marketing strategies, driving measurable results across all channels
- Help guide the brand's creative direction, working with the team to develop killer marketing campaigns across all channels – from social and digital to events and sponsorships
- Collaborate closely with our executive team and other departments to develop marketing campaigns and ensure our brand message is consistent
- Oversee marketing executions across all channels, including social, digital, broadcast, OOH, audio, endorsements, sponsorships, and on-site events
- Develop, manage, and optimize the marketing department's operating budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment
- Utilize sophisticated market analysis to identify emerging trends and implement strategic targeting tactics, maximizing ROI
- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with agencies and 3rd party vendors, leveraging their expertise to enhance our marketing initiatives
- Serve as the key point-of-contact for the company’s most important partners, including sponsors and endorsees.
Director of Marketing – Required Skills, Experience & Personality Fit – You Have:
- Proven experience as a servant leader – No task is too big or too small. You’ll be ready to jump in and help your team whenever needed, whether it's brainstorming new ideas or tackling a tight deadline.
- Demonstrated success in motivating and mentoring creative teams to execute successful marketing campaigns
- A blend of creative vision and marketing operations know-how
- Experience managing budgets and working with agencies
- Experience within fashion, apparel, lifestyle industry is a significant plus, bringing valuable insights into our market (desired, not required)
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (desired, not required)
- Ability to travel to industry events and marketing functions (less 20% travel)
Director of Marketing - Compensation, Benefits, and Perks – For You:
- Base salary starting at $180K plus variable compensation tied to both professional and personal Key Performance indicators (KPI’s)
