    Position Overview:

    The Director of Marketing at Flournoy Health Systems is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing a dynamic marketing strategy to drive organizational growth, elevate brand visibility, and enhance client acquisition. This role is pivotal in aligning marketing initiatives with the company’s vision and operational goals while fostering innovation and collaboration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports organizational growth, enhances brand visibility, and drives client acquisition.

    Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media presence, content creation, and SEO/SEM initiatives to maximize online engagement.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Growth Team, Operations, Revenue etc.) to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.

    Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to inform marketing plans.

    Oversee the production of marketing materials, ensuring consistent branding across all platforms.

    Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative environment.

    Measure the ROI of marketing efforts, presenting monthly reports to senior leadership.

    Build partnerships with external agencies or media outlets to expand the company’s reach.

    Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor’s degree or certification in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management or a related field.

    Experience:

    Minimum of 5-7 years in a marketing leadership role, preferably in healthcare or service industries.

    Proven track record of successfully launching campaigns and increasing brand awareness.

    Skills:

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency in marketing tools (Go Highlevel, ClickFunnels, HubSpot, Google Analytics) and social media platforms.

    Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.

    Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

    Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

    Working Conditions:

    Hybrid work model available after 90 days, requiring 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.

    Travel Requirements:

    Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time for events, conferences, or branch office support.
