This healthcare technology company is looking to add a Director of Medical Writing to their growing team. In this role, you'll be focused on building and facilitating client relationships and ensuring continuity between the end users and platform's functionality. As a key member of the team, you will provide comprehensive support to 8-10 medical writers whilst being hands-on. This will be a critical hire for the company as much as an opportunity to be a trailblazer in the industry. Its 100% remote, full-time, direct hire and the company offers benefits, equity and bonus starting around 20%. 

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in medical writing
• Masters or PhD in life sciences or any relevant field
• Experience with leading a team and project management
• Experience with growing and maintaining relationships with internal teams and end clients

Pluses:

• AMWA Medical Writing certification
• Experience working with contract research organizations
• Understanding of industry regulations such as FDA, ICH and/or EMA
• Experience or exposure to artificial intelligence tools and/or services
