We are working with a nonprofit organization dedicated to making homeownership accessible to families and individuals in South Bend and the surrounding areas. Their mission is to help individuals navigate the mortgage process, provide resources and guidance, and create lasting change in our community. They work with families to help them achieve their homeownership goals while ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the entire process.
This person would be responsible for recruiting families; overseeing the selection process; ensuring that families selected in the program fulfill all program requirements; ensuring that they comply with all applicable laws, grant requirements; and for making sure they have enough families in the program to meet strategic plan goals.
