    This position is work from home, but candidates must reside locally to the Collin, Denton, or Dallas Counties, Texas areas and be incumbent must prepared to be out and about every day, pursuing and closing business.

    Job Summary Reporting to the General Manager, The Director of New Business Development is responsible for developing and maintaining key referral sources that will refer to Qualicare on a regular basis. Key referral sources include case managers, social workers, discharge planners, physicians, and others who work within Skilled Nursing, CCRC (IL, AL, MC), Home Health, Hospice and Hospitals. She/he will coordinate and manage sales and ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating local marketing & business opportunities.

    The position is full-time, with very competitive salary, benefits within 30 days that include PTO, paid holidays, annual bonus potential, and annual reviews. This position will be home based, but will require a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a personal automobile that is reliable for local travel to complete business development activities with prospective referrers, and to participate in new client assessments, occasional off business hours business development activities, and quality assurance activities.

    Responsibilities

    Client Inquiry Intake and Response - Phone and Email

    Meet or exceed established “new sales” quarterly / annual goals

    Develop Marketing Plan for target market

    Call on healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics and eldercare facilities in order to meet / exceed sales goals

    Track and report key metrics

    Establish weekly activity metrics (In-person sales calls, Lunch & Learns, Networking Events, community events)

    Join and attend area networking and chamber groups

    Seek, develop and participate in marketing opportunities in the community

    Establish working rapport with health care professionals in the target market

    Submit accurate and timely sales reports on a weekly basis

    Create and distribute monthly referral source newsletter on Constant Contact

    Develop and maintain prospects, clients and referral sources databases

    Participate in all quarterly caregiving training meetings

    Assist with assessments / intakes

    Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Must demonstrate quantifiable success in business development in a pharmaceutical or healthcare organization

    Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking, sense of urgency, detail orientation and problem solving

    Presents well to clients and peers

    Must demonstrate working knowledge of health care in home and institutional setting

    Comfortable with closing/asking for the business

    Exhibit outstanding organizational skills and a service attitude towards the community

    Social media, email and online marketing knowledge

    Excellent written and oral skills

    Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office

    Ability to work occasional weekends and evenings

    Ability to handle confidential information

    Requires valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and insurance

    Strong and compassionate interpersonal and presentation skills

    Strong time management and planning skills

    Computer proficiency - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM databases
