- Salary Range: $82,000 - $122,928 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
- Leadership: Oversee a team of 30-40 direct reports, ensuring clinical excellence and compliance with healthcare best practices.
- Adaptability: Promote a flexible and collaborative environment, listening to the needs of staff and ensuring comfort with organizational changes.
- Scheduling: Create effective schedules for clinical teams, managing coverage across multiple locations if necessary.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Patient Care: Oversee care management and act as a consultant in care decisions, ensuring that patient care remains at the forefront of operations.
- Team Development: Mentor and support newer managers and nurses, fostering growth and development within the team.
Requirements
- Experience: 5-7 years of nursing experience, including management of 30-40 staff members and overseeing multiple teams or locations.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Clear and Active Nursing License in the State of Missouri.
- Nonprofit Experience: Experience working in a nonprofit or outpatient organization with multiple locations is preferred.
- Personality Traits: Analytical, objective, and competitive with a strong drive for excellence.
- Familiarity with Grant Programs: HRSA and grant-funded programs experience is a plus.
