    Position Overview:

    Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to provide strategic leadership and oversight for nursing departments across healthcare facilities. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and alignment of nursing operations with organizational objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration.
    • Licensure/Certifications:
      • Active RN license in the state of practice.
      • BLS and ACLS certifications.
    • Experience: 7–10 years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Budget management and financial acumen.
      • Expertise in healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
    • Soft Skills:
      • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
      • Knowledge of healthcare trends and evidence-based practices.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
    • Oversee staffing, recruitment, and retention to maintain a skilled nursing workforce.
    • Manage departmental budgets and optimize resource allocation.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS).
    • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and organizational goals.
    • Represent nursing in interdisciplinary teams and community engagements.
    • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care.
