Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration.
- Licensure/Certifications:
- Active RN license in the state of practice.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Experience: 7–10 years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Budget management and financial acumen.
- Expertise in healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare trends and evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Oversee staffing, recruitment, and retention to maintain a skilled nursing workforce.
- Manage departmental budgets and optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS).
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and organizational goals.
- Represent nursing in interdisciplinary teams and community engagements.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care.
