HCT is seeking an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Director of Nursing for a 250+ bed hospital in California.

The Director’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Oversight of day-to-day nursing operations throughout the facility, ideally pertaining to infection control and surgery operations.
• Analyze current processes while making improvements to safety, quality, and patient care policies.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience within an acute care hospital setting.
• License: Current State of California RN license required.
• EMR: Cerner

Expenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare and rental car.
