Seashore Ambulatory Surgery Center is a one-room operating facility dedicated exclusively to interventional pain management procedures. Our focus is on delivering expert care to patients with chronic pain through minimally invasive techniques. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team on a part-time basis and help us continue providing exceptional care in a patient-centered environment.

Lead and manage the nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of patient care for interventional pain procedures.

Oversee daily clinical operations of the operating room, maintaining safety, efficiency, and quality outcomes.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, including CMS, OSHA, and Joint Commission and the NJ Dept of Health.

Develop and implement protocols and procedures tailored to interventional pain management.

Manage infection control practices and maintain quality assurance programs.

Oversee pre-operative and post-operative patient care, ensuring thorough preparation and recovery for interventional pain procedures.

Provide staff training and education

Collaborate with pain management physicians, anesthesiologists, and administrative staff to coordinate care and optimize patient flow.

Serve as the facility's primary liaison for audits, inspections, and accreditation surveys.
