Director of Nursing Services- WA- 

Salary up to $165,000/year

American Consultants has been retained to help find the next Director of Nursing Services for a skilled facility in the great state of Washington.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Washington State nursing license.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing or a related field.

• Proven experience in nursing leadership and management, preferably in a skilled nursing facility/extended care setting in Washington State or a similar environment.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and solve complex problems.

• Proficiency in utilizing healthcare technology and electronic health records.
