We are looking for an LPN or RN to lead our team of nurses. Our 64 bed assisted living recently added a 21 bed memory care. We are looking for an experience nurse to lead our team, direct patient care, complete care plans, improve and enforce policies and procedures, and love our seniors. Improving quality of life for all our Residents is our top priority!

The ideal candidate will have a heart for seniors and the ability to lead by example. You will work closely with the Executive Director (also an RN) to maintain documentation and policies. We also have a supervisor for the direct caregivers that handles their scheduling so that is one thing off your plate!

We are locally owned and clinically led creating a team of dedicated professionals whose focus is caring for our residents. While this is a full time position, it does not have to be a Monday through Friday 8-5. Since a large portion of the DON role includes family communications, leadership, and maintaining documentation we are very flexible on when those duties are completed.
