Are you ready to be part of something truly unique? Above and Beyond Family Recovery Center is on the lookout for a passionate and innovative Director of Operations to join our dynamic team. Located in the heart of Chicago, we are redefining recovery and want you to play a key role in helping deliver the best therapeutic outcomes for our patients. We are a free, walk-in, behavioral, outpatient treatment center serving the west side of Chicago since 2016.

Competitive Pay: $60K-80K Including a 401K program and 5% match with immediate vesting. Salary remains open ended and is dependent on candidates experience, education, and aptitude.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily functions of the workplace and act as a supervisor for a variety of departments, including and ensuring effective group and individual counseling, peer support programs, and building maintenance

Mediate workplace conflicts, problem solve, and maintain a cohesive, productive environment for our staff to excel in.

Maintain budgeted costs and a complex work calendar.

Develop and maintain relationships with partner organizations

Foster an inclusive environment, encouraging our coworkers to utilize their different backgrounds to the advantage of the patients.

Demonstrate self-motivation while remaining open to feedback and constructive criticism.

Recognize potential opportunities and develop strategic plans for approach and execution on the fly.

Exhibit strong entrepreneurial skills while adhering to the established guidelines for the position.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Counseling, or related field; OR a minimum of seven years related experience and/or training.

Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in addiction recovery, social work or a related field.

Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
