Director of Operations
Pay: Negotiable based on experience level ($120-150k/yr)
Description:
- The Director of Operations will be responsible to lead the team of Project Managers and manage construction projects in the Mid-Atlantic Region. The main office is in Philadelphia, PA and has satellite offices in New York City, NY; Newark, NJ; and Harrisburg, PA. We are looking to expand into Maryland and North Carolina in the near future.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of construction project management experience
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Team player, flexible, good communicator

Job Duties:
- Lead and support company Project Managers to ensure quality and successful project completion
- Mentor and develop direct reports to grow within the company
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of company Project Managers, and provide project related operational support.
- Maintain open communication, and dialogue to ensure client satisfaction, and timely resolution to client concerns,
- Maintain some billable hours as Project Manager to assigned projects.
- Review and approve Change Orders, RFIs, Submittals, and maintain project controls.
- Ensure contractors and subcontractors stay on schedule and budget.
- Successfully close out projects and maintain strong client relationships.
