    Position: Director of Operations Fulfillment

    Supervises: Production/Assembly Technicians, Warehouse Technicians, Seating Technicians, Shipping/Receiving Technicians, Courier/Delivery Technicians

    Summary: The Director of Operations Fulfillment will oversee efficient shipping, receiving, inventory management, assembly, and delivery at our local branch. This role is crucial for ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and inspire the order fulfillment team to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Hire, coach, and manage the performance of staff to foster their professional growth.
    • Oversee all warehouse activities, including shipping/receiving, inventory management, and product returns.
    • Generate inventory reports and provide actionable insights for operational improvements.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely equipment procurement and delivery.
    • Address and resolve escalations promptly, in alignment with company procedures.
    • Enhance quality and efficiency to improve customer satisfaction and turnaround times.
    • Schedule and manage distribution routes effectively.
    • Implement best practices and drive universal operational processes within your territory.
    • Utilize reporting databases to optimize business outcomes.
    • Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory processes.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years in operational roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
    • Valid State Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
    • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned geographical zones.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of complex rehabilitation equipment.
    • Technical or mechanical expertise.
    • Understanding of financial reporting.
    • Experience in healthcare management.
    • Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment and work collaboratively.
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Experience with physical inventory and remote inventory management.
