    Homewell is a fast growing, innovative home care agency. Looking for an RN, servant leader, to grow our class A, Skilled care license,

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Operations Management

    Develop and implement operational plans that align with the agency’s mission and growth objectives.

    Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and optimize operational performance.

    Collaborate with the owner and leadership team to drive organizational success and sustainability.

    Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance

    Ensure agency compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards.

    Conduct regular audits of care delivery, documentation, and procedures to maintain high-quality standards.

    Oversee risk management and implement corrective actions as necessary.

    Staff Leadership & Development

    Lead, train, and mentor caregiver and care manager teams, fostering a culture of professionalism and excellence.

    Supervise and provide guidance to department managers and team leads.

    Support staff recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies in collaboration with HR.

    Client Service Excellence

    Maintain strong relationships with clients and families, ensuring their satisfaction with care and services.

    Address escalated client concerns with empathy and effective problem-solving.

    Develop and implement initiatives to improve client outcomes and satisfaction.

    Financial Management

    Develop and manage budgets in collaboration with the owner and finance team.

    Monitor expenses and revenue streams, ensuring alignment with financial goals.

    Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising care quality.

    Business Growth & Innovation

    Identify and implement new service offerings, partnerships, or operational improvements to grow the business.

    Stay informed on industry trends and advancements to maintain a competitive edge.

    Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (required), master’s degree preferred.

    7+ years of experience in operations or leadership roles, with a preference for home healthcare or related industries.

    Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

    Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing diverse teams.

    Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

    Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Proficiency in healthcare software and operational tools.

    Physical Requirements:

    Ability to travel between office locations, client homes, and other facilities as needed.

    Comfortable working in both office and field environments.

    Work Environment: This position requires a mix of strategic planning, office-based tasks, and field engagement with staff and clients.
