    About the Role:

    As the Director of Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's Innovations Center, Fulfillment Center, and Print Production Design Studio. Reporting directly to the President, you'll manage daily operations and ensure excellence across all facets of manufacturing and fulfillment.

    What You'll Do:

    • Lead and Innovate: Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that set new industry standards. Enhance process control efficiency and operational management systems.

    • Drive Excellence: Oversee print production, packaging, quality, safety, and all logistical aspects including inventory, warehousing, shipping, and receiving.

    • Cultivate Culture: Foster a company culture that drives top performance and maintains a safe and productive working environment.

    • Customer and Supplier Relations: Interface with customers to resolve issues, conduct market research, and develop strong supplier relationships to optimize quality and cost.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Educational Background: BS degree in Materials, Plastics, Textiles, or Chemical Engineering.

    • Experience: 10 years in the industry with a solid background in textiles, coatings, and plastics. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ISO quality management systems.

    • Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, familiarity with Kaizen and Five Why techniques, and a proactive, independent work ethic.

    • Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally and adapt to changing priorities.
