    PDR-Team, Inc. is a growing startup specializing in paintless dent repair (PDR), providing high-quality, cost-effective dent removal services to customers and businesses. As we scale, we need a skilled Director of Operations to lead our front-office team, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive operational efficiency.

    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a proactive and strategic Director of Operations to take ownership of team leadership, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role is crucial in driving business growth by ensuring smooth internal processes and supporting customer acquisition efforts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    CAT Team Leadership & Coordination

    Lead and manage different CAT teams, ensuring effective deployment and response during hail events.

    Customer Acquisition & Business Development

    Drive new assignments by acquiring customers and expanding business opportunities.

    Hail Process Management

    Set the right employees and vendors in place while coordinating the entire hail damage repair process.

    Quality & Efficiency Improvement

    Continuously refine and enhance hail management processes for better service delivery and efficiency.

    Front Office & Customer Service Management

    Oversee front office operations, ensuring smooth customer interactions and a professional experience.

    Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.

    Proven experience in leading teams and managing operations.

    Background in the automotive industry.

    Strong sales and negotiation skills.

    Ability to quickly comprehend and adapt to new challenges.

    Willingness to travel extensively during hail season.

    Benefits & Perks:

    Base Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 per year

    Health Insurance Contribution: $5,000 – $7,000 per year (partially employer-covered)

    401(k) Retirement Match: Up to 3% of salary ($2,000 – $3,000 per year)

    Paid Time Off (PTO): 10–15 days per year

    Profit-Based Bonus: Up to $5,000 – $15,000 per year

    Professional Development Budget: $1,000 – $2,000 per year (for training and certifications)

    Growth Path:

    This role offers a path to becoming a COO or CEO, gaining strategic leadership experience and contributing to high-level business decisions.

    Total Compensation Package:

    $90,000 – $95,000 per year (including salary + benefits)
