ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

● Identify and manage the implementation of new KPI standards company-wide. ● Develop and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

● Supervise the ERP system transition, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.

● Provide leadership and guidance to the Warehouse Manager and Production Manager, ensuring accountability and excellence.

● Monitor and manage departmental budgets, workflows, and performance metrics. ● Collaborate with the CEO to develop actionable plans for long-term success. ● Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

● 5–7 years of managerial experience in operations or a related field. ● Expertise in ERP transitions and system implementation.

● Demonstrated experience in creating, tracking, and managing KPIs. ● Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

● Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

● Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
