    Location: Arcadia, CA Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: 80,000 - 120,000

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to join our leadership team. This individual will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, optimizing resources, and ensuring the seamless execution of our business strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives to improve efficiency and productivity.

    Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage operations teams to achieve performance targets and maintain high levels of employee engagement.

    Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in workflows, systems, and processes to enhance operational effectiveness.

    Budget Management: Oversee operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial goals.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including finance, HR, and sales, to streamline operations and support overall business growth.

    Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements across all operations.

    Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

    Proven experience (8+ years) in an operations leadership role, preferably in the hospitality, window covering, or manufacturing industry.

    Strong knowledge of operational processes, systems, and best practices.

    Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

    Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

    Proficiency in ERP, Quickbooks, CRM, and Scrum.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and alignment across teams.
