  • Responsibilities

    Our client, a distribution and ecommerce company, is seeking a hands-on and energetic Warehouse Manager to oversee and streamline warehouse operations for both e-commerce and Wholesale divisions in Central New Jersey.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating all aspects of warehouse operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring efficient handling of inventory, repairs, and shipments while maintaining compliance with supplier audits.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and coordinate all warehouse functions, including receiving, testing, processing, repair, inventory management, returns, and shipping.
    • Implement and optimize operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity across Ecommerce and Wholesale divisions.
    • Lead and manage a diverse team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
    • Ensure accuracy and organization of serialized inventory, tracking and maintaining product movement throughout the facility.
    • Develop and enforce process improvements to reduce errors, streamline workflows, and increase efficiency.
    • Prepare for and manage external supplier audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
    • Utilize Excel and data analysis tools to track performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize inventory control.
    • Work cross-functionally with other departments to align operations with business goals and customer expectations.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of managerial experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably handling serialized inventory.
    • Strong problem-solving and innovative skills to develop and implement operational improvements.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
    • Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment with the ability to lead change effectively.
    • Bilingual in Spanish and English to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce.
    • Intermediate or advanced Excel skills for tracking inventory, analyzing data, and optimizing workflows.
    • Proven ability to motivate and lead teams, fostering a results-driven and collaborative culture.
    • Familiarity with mobile devices and electronics handling in a logistics or refurbishment environment.

    Salary: $150K
