Job Requirements:
Experience/Skillset:
- At least 5 years of multi-unit leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in P&L management, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across all levels of the organization.
- Willingness to travel between multiple locations as needed.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
