Director of Operations and Housing

Fresh Coast Alliance, a faith-based non-profit organization, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Operations and Housing to join our team. This role is crucial in overseeing our day-to-day operations, including housing, reentry programming, and administrative processes.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary range: $41,000 to $51,250 per year, depending on qualifications and experience

Position Overview:

The Director of Operations and Housing will collaborate with Fresh Coast leadership to improve organizational effectiveness, streamline workflows, and implement best practices. This role requires transparent and high-integrity leadership, the ability to engage diverse groups, and an active Christian faith.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the organization

• Manage housing programs and reentry services

• Provide reentry coaching for individuals coming out of incarceration

• Supervise Fresh Coast house managers and maintain housing to MARR standards

• Manage facilities, resources, and budgets

• Ensure grant compliance and reporting responsibilities

• Collaborate on special projects and initiatives

• Recruit and manage volunteers

• Represent Fresh Coast Alliance at public events

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, non-profit management, or related field preferred

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the non-profit sector

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management

• Knowledge of project management principles

• Technological proficiency and understanding of data management systems

• Lived experience with incarceration is highly preferred

Additional Requirements:

• Must be available to work evenings/weekends as needed
