Director of Perks & Engagement
Location: Brooklyn, NY (Hybrid)
Salary: $115,000–$135,000
Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Director of Perks & Engagement to lead and expand a unique perks program designed to enhance caregiver satisfaction and engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, experience in hospitality, perks programs, or wellness services, and a passion for improving employee experience.
Key Responsibilities - Program Leadership: Develop and execute a strategy to expand and optimize the perks program.
- Service Innovation: Introduce new offerings and engagement tools tailored to caregiver needs.
- Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day program operations, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Team & Partner Management: Lead staffing, vendor partnerships, and business growth initiatives.
- Marketing & Business Growth: Use data-driven strategies to enhance program reach and effectiveness.
- Technology Utilization: Implement solutions to streamline services and improve user experience.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align perks with business goals.
Must-Haves - Proven experience in hospitality, spa management, wellness programs, or employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel regularly and work nights/weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in marketing, business operations, or rewards programs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and data reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
