    The Director of Pre-Construction will oversee all pre-construction activities including project estimation, planning, purchasing, subcontracts, design coordination, and permitting. This leadership role requires extensive construction knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and internal teams.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Leadership and Management for Staff, Pricing, Budgeting, etc
    • Project Estimation and Budgeting: Oversee and approve all projects
    • Planning and Scheduling: Handoff to Construction Division
    • Design & Entitlements Coordination: Engineers, Architects collaborate with Company vision.
    • Purchasing and Vendor Management:
    • Acquisitions responsibilities: NOT required.

     

     

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • 8-10+ year’s experience managing pre-construction teams
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
    • Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Bluebeam, estimating, and purchasing software
