We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team!

Preschool Director Job Responsibilities The Preschool Director oversees daily operations, ensuring the school runs smoothly and meets all state and DPW requirements. This includes supervising staff, teaching during morning hours while enrollment grows, developing curriculum, managing budgets, and maintaining facility standards.

Key Duties:

Lead and support teachers and classroom activities

Recruit families and maintain building capacity per DPW

Hire, train, and evaluate staff

Create and implement policies, procedures, and curriculum

Foster strong communication with staff, students, and families

Monitor student progress and meet with parents

Ensure facility maintenance and compliance

Teach in the mornings as needed

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and communication abilities

Organizational and multitasking skills

Critical thinking and problem-solving

Crisis management and conflict resolution

Business and classroom management experience

In-depth knowledge of DPW regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, or related field

At least one year of training in STEM-based curriculum
