    We’re seeking a results-driven Director of Process Optimization to take our operational efficiency to the next level. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on creating streamlined workflows, documenting procedures, and aligning operations with long-term strategic goals. As a key player on our leadership team, you’ll work to enhance day-to-day operations while building scalable systems that support future growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Process Development & Optimization:

    Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.

    Design and implement optimized processes to improve productivity across departments (e.g., client onboarding, project installation, service follow-ups).

    Create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all major functions, ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability.

    1. Strategic Alignment:

    Collaborate with leadership to align operational processes with long-term business goals.

    Develop and monitor KPIs to measure team performance, client satisfaction, and process efficiency.

    Build systems that support growth, including resource allocation plans and workload balancing strategies.

    1. Process Documentation:

    Create detailed, visual workflows, handbooks, and training guides for team use.

    Maintain a centralized repository for all operational procedures and ensure updates as processes evolve.

    Develop client-facing operational tools (e.g., onboarding templates) to improve customer experience.

    1. Team Training & Support:

    Design and implement training programs to onboard new team members efficiently.

    Empower existing staff with tools, resources, and guidance to adapt to new workflows.

    Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team feedback on processes.

    1. Technology & Automation:

    Identify and implement tools/software to automate repetitive tasks, reduce errors, and improve communication.

    Manage the integration of systems for project tracking, scheduling, and reporting.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in process improvement, operations management, or a similar role, preferably in the technology or service industry.

    Strong understanding of workflow optimization, SOP development, and KPI tracking.

    Familiarity with project management tools and automation software.

    Exceptional communication skills with the ability to document and present processes clearly.

    Leadership skills to train, mentor, and empower team members effectively.

    Key Deliverables:

    Fully documented SOPs for core operations (e.g., client onboarding, installation, troubleshooting).

    Workflow diagrams and visual aids for team training and clarity.

    A system for tracking KPIs to measure and improve team and client success.

    Automated tools or processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual workloads.

    Scalable systems that prepare for long-term growth.
