    Director of Project Management

    A global life science and medical technology communications and marketing agency with a unique team of communications experts, creatives, scientists and physicians. We are looking for a Director of Project Management who excels in driving complex projects, including digital platforms, websites, print materials, and CLM applications, leveraging creativity and strong leadership to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality delivery. This role requires a proactive problem-solver, skilled communicator, and effective leader who thrives in dynamic, multi-functional environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop detailed project estimates and timelines for large-scale initiatives.
    • Create comprehensive annual brand scopes and secure team approvals.
    • Collaborate with finance and account teams to prepare client billing, reconciliations, and
      forecasts.
    • Monitor brand budgets closely, proactively addressing potential overages.
    • Participate in client meetings, offering insights on critical milestones, potential challenges, and financial updates.
    • Coordinate with third-party vendors and freelancers to ensure project specifications and deliverables are met.
    • Work closely with account and creative leads to successfully deliver all project outcomes on time and within budget.
    • Manage communication and expectations for creative projects, identifying issues early and proposing solutions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in project management (preferably agency environment).
    • PMP or Six Sigma preferred.
    • Proven ability to manage large projects with cross-functional teams.
    • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech and/or healthcare industries preferred.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    • Strong knowledge of web development technologies and print production processes.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

     

  • Compensation
    $150,000-$200,000 per year
