Director of Supply Chain

Sansom Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturer in the South Metro. The Director of Supply Chain will be responsible for leading a small team responsible for the purchasing of new and existing parts based on demand in company ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system, including assisting in supplier selection, and supplier evaluation. This role works extensively in an ERP environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement
• Experience leading a team
• Proven experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands on proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
• Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), or similar certification is a plus.
• APICS Certification preferred
