360 Physical Therapy Now Hiring Director of Rehabilitation (DoR) inside Senior Living Facility in Mesa, AZ
The Role:
- Role: Director of Rehabilitation (Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant)
- Location: Mesa, AZ
- Pay: $63,000-100,000, dependent on license, experience, and job-related factors.
- Schedule: Part-Time and Full-Time options available to fit your needs!
As the Director of Rehabilitation, you’ll be treating an average of 6-8 patients per day while overseeing other activities such as health talks, exercise classes, balance screenings, and more. This is a new outpatient clinic space located within a senior living facility and an exciting opportunity to join 360 Physical Therapy’s newest venture!

Qualifications:
- Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy (licensed PT or PTA)
- If PTA, minimum of 1-2 years’ experience to meet state supervision requirements
Position Summary:
- Utilize your skills to enhance the well-being of senior residents. With full access to the facility’s gym equipment, this location will be an added asset to those living onsite while also being open to additional patients.
- Manage Medicare B billing with attention to compliance and efficiency.
- Demonstrate excellent time management and leadership abilities to coordinate therapy services.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff, while embracing opportunities to learn and implement new geriatric treatment programs.
