Role: Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Location:

• 2–3 days at an assisted living facility in Grand Prairie, TX

• 2–3 days at one of our outpatient clinics in Grand Prairie, Irving, or Arlington, TX

What You’ll Do

• Assist in delivering top-tier Physical Therapy services across both assisted living and outpatient environments

• Support the Physical Therapist in executing customized, evidence-based treatment plans

• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the PT and care team

• Encourage and motivate patients to achieve their therapy goals

• Document services accurately and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Active Texas PTA license

• A passion for working with senior adults and helping people regain mobility and function

• Great communication, teamwork, and time management skills
