What You'll Do:
- Deliver high-quality Physical Therapy services to enhance the well-being of our senior residents.
- Oversee and support a multidisciplinary therapy team, including Occupational Therapy (OT) and Speech Therapy (ST) professionals.
- Manage Medicare B billing and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Demonstrate excellent time management and leadership skills to coordinate therapy services.
- Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree/Certification in Physical Therapy
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas
- Proven leadership, interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Passion for working with seniors and improving their quality of life
