    What You'll Do:

    • Deliver high-quality Physical Therapy services to enhance the well-being of our senior residents.
    • Oversee and support a multidisciplinary therapy team, including Occupational Therapy (OT) and Speech Therapy (ST) professionals.
    • Manage Medicare B billing and ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Demonstrate excellent time management and leadership skills to coordinate therapy services.
    • Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Degree/Certification in Physical Therapy
    • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas
    • Proven leadership, interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills
    • Computer proficiency and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
    • Passion for working with seniors and improving their quality of life
