Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant outlets, ensuring consistent adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor restaurant managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Implement training and development programs to enhance team performance.
