    Exciting Opportunity: Director of Sales and Business Development

    Location: East Coast Based

    Cory is hiring a Director of Sales and Business Development with a proven track record of success and strong industry relationships to drive revenue growth in our client's single-family rental (SFR) business unit. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of SFR industry trends, technologies, and the operator/vendor ecosystem.

    About Our Client:

    A top national data and services firm serves Single-Family Residential (SFR) owners, helping them optimize costs, streamline maintenance, and improve operational efficiency for their clients and partners.

    Your Responsibilities as a Leader:

    • Identify, foster, and secure partnerships/contracts with SFR owner-operators.

    • Collaborate closely with the marketing department to craft persuasive presentations tailored to diverse stakeholders.

    • Serve as a distinguished ambassador for the company in high-level meetings and industry conferences.

    • Develop and deliver customized proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of the partnership.

    • Remain abreast of industry trends and market dynamics, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.

    • Coordinate client needs for acquisition support, due diligence, underwriting, development consulting, operating performance reviews, market analysis, and general support to existing and new clients.

    The Skills & Experience You Possess:

    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in the SFR space

    • Preferred experience with sales, partnerships, and business development on the vendor/supplier side

    • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop winning strategies.

    • Ability to travel as necessary.
