    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Director of Sales to join our team! As the Director of Sales/Business Development, you will be overseeing the day-to-day activities of the sales team, participating in brainstorming sessions to increase productivity and sales, and developing new sales strategies and opportunities for the team. Leads the agency to achieve growth expectations according to revenue, census and start of care budget goals. The ideal candidate has an extensive background in both management and sales, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving skills. Strong experience in home health sales, Medicare/Private Duty Nursing, and operations.

    Responsibilities

    Responsible for the direction, and support of home health sales and operations

    Develops, maintains, and strengthens business partnerships (Hospital Systems, Physicians, SNFs, ALFs, ILFs, Hospice, Outpatient, Ancillary, ACOs, BPCI, and C-Suite Executives) for the Organization’s core businesses in Palm Beach County

    Provides leadership and direction of start-up operations for Home Health Agency

    Provides oversight of P&L targeting for developing and progressing to profitable operations

    Responsible for the development and implementation of strategic business plans for Home Health Services (sales/marketing and operations)

    Identifies and attains overall census growth targets in Palm Beach County

    Collaborates with leadership, sales, marketing, and operations to secure, retain, and grow strategic partnerships

    Interview, hire, and train new staff members

    Work closely with multiple departments and maintain strong relationships and lines of communication

    Qualifications

    Extensive sales and management experience desired

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    The ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed

    Demonstrated ability to lead a team to success

    Medicare/Private Duty Home Health Sales, Account Manager, and Business Development

    Experience using basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite
