Key Responsibilities:
Build, lead, and develop the sales team.
Drive growth and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with the company’s revenue goals.
Design and implement KPIs, sales forecasts, and metrics to measure success and drive team performance.
Lead and guide the preparation and submission of competitive RFPs to secure new business opportunities.
Leverage data analytics to identify opportunities, optimize sales strategies, and support the team in problem-solving and decision-making.
Engage with key clients and stakeholders, providing industry expertise and hands-on support to the sales team as they navigate challenges.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align teams and achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Proven experience in logistics and sales management, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of forecasting, RFP processes, and KPI development.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support the sales team and drive results.
Data-focused mindset with experience leveraging analytics to inform decisions and strategies.
