    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build, lead, and develop the sales team.

    • Drive growth and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with the company’s revenue goals.

    • Design and implement KPIs, sales forecasts, and metrics to measure success and drive team performance.

    • Lead and guide the preparation and submission of competitive RFPs to secure new business opportunities.

    • Leverage data analytics to identify opportunities, optimize sales strategies, and support the team in problem-solving and decision-making.

    • Engage with key clients and stakeholders, providing industry expertise and hands-on support to the sales team as they navigate challenges.

    • Collaborate with senior leadership to align teams and achieve revenue targets.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree.

    • Proven experience in logistics and sales management, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

    • Strong understanding of forecasting, RFP processes, and KPI development.

    • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support the sales team and drive results.

    • Data-focused mindset with experience leveraging analytics to inform decisions and strategies.
