Position Title: Director of Sales and Marketing
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer or President
The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for strategically and tactically leading all company sales, marketing, branding, and new business development activities. Key responsibilities include strategic team leadership, client relationship management, and product and profitability analysis. This role is critical in achieving organizational goals and supporting company profitability while aligning with the mission and values of Company.

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Establish, communicate, and oversee adherence to company sales and marketing policies, processes, and best practices.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve performance targets and foster professional growth.
- Build a results-driven team culture aligned with the mission and values of Company.
- Establish clear performance goals and regularly evaluate team members’ progress.
- Cultivate, manage, and strengthen client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Develop strategies for acquiring new clients and retaining existing customers.
- Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote brand visibility and growth.
- Evaluate product offerings and operational costs to establish competitive and profitable pricing structures.
- Acquire and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with product development teams to align offerings with market demand and customer needs.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Leverage digital tools and analytics to optimize marketing strategies and ROI.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales, marketing performance, and profitability metrics to senior leadership.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive decision-making.
- Demonstrate decision-making and behaviors that reflect the mission and values of Stuppy.
- Ensure that all sales and marketing initiatives support the organization’s broader goals and culture.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:kills and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or other relevant discipline or equivalent experience; MBA is preferred.
- 8-10 years of sales management and high-level leadership.
- Expert knowledge of sales and marketing processes and practices, market research methodologies, pricing strategies and profitability modeling
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and inspire teams to achieve strategic and financial goals.
- Competence in identifying growth opportunities and devising innovative solutions.
- Experience with use of analytics tools for tracking and evaluating sales and marketing performance (e.g., Google Analytics, FB, IG, Salesforce).
- Creativity and skill in designing and executing impactful marketing campaigns
- Experience creating and delivering digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Financial savvy related to key financial performance indicators and how to drive positive results
- Capability to assess risks, address challenges, and adapt strategies effectively.
- Advanced level of business acumen and prior experience operating at an enterprise level of authority and responsibility
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, stakeholders and team members.
Willingness to travel, up to 50% of the time
