Overview:
A well-established school in Monsey is seeking a hands-on, experienced Operations Administrator to lead school operations, finance, and growth. This role requires strong leadership, budgeting expertise, and excellent interpersonal skills. Experience in construction and development is a big plus.
Key Responsibilities:
\- Oversee daily school operations, facilities, and logistics
\- Manage budgeting, financial oversight, and compliance
\- Lead staffing, recruitment, and contract negotiations
\- Supervise transportation, food services, and building maintenance
\- Ensure government regulations and grant compliance
\- Handle community relations, PR, and fundraising
\- Lead construction and development projects (if applicable)
Must-Haves:
\- Proven operations and financial management experience
\- Background in school administration or large-scale facilities
\- Strong budgeting, reporting, and compliance skills
\- Experience in staffing, recruitment, and contract negotiations
\- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
