Your Role:

• Architect and design advanced document processing pipelines, including OCR, NLP, and AI-driven classification systems.

• Lead technical innovation and oversee the development of scalable, efficient, and secure solutions for document ingestion, parsing, indexing, and storage.

• Provide hands-on coding contributions and perform code reviews to ensure quality and performance.

• Drive system optimization initiatives to enhance the efficiency and reliability of document workflows.

• Mentor and develop a team of engineers, fostering their growth in document processing technologies.

• Build and manage a high-performing engineering team, conducting 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and driving Agile best practices.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in OCR, NLP, and AI/ML, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of innovation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business goals, driving overall success.

What You’ll Need:

• Extensive experience in software engineering, including significant hands-on work in complex systems related to data or content processing.

• Strong understanding of advanced technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and AI-driven classification tools.

• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or Go, with expertise in frameworks used for data processing and content management.

• Experience with search and storage solutions such as Elasticsearch or similar tools.

• Proven ability to design scalable architectures for high-volume data pipelines and ingestion systems.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.

• Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring engineering teams, fostering collaboration, and driving impactful results.

• Deep experience working in Agile environments to deliver innovative and reliable solutions.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving challenges.

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge of advanced methodologies such as semantic search, graph-based modeling, or intelligent content enrichment.

• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations for handling large-scale data systems.

• Strong understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes for handling unstructured and structured content.
