    BODYBAR Franchising, A fast-growing franchise fitness concept based out of Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking a charismatic and experienced Director of Strategic Growth to develop strategic growth plans for BODYBAR Franchising and its Franchisees! The Director of Strategic Growth will be instrumental in shaping the BODYBAR brand, optimizing performance across open studio locations, and ensuring operational excellence across the network. This role requires strategic leadership, tactical implementation, and effective cross-functional collaboration to optimize performance and revenue strategies to sustain rapid growth. The Director of Strategic Growth will oversee a growing open-studio support team and report directly to the COO, contributing to the company’s brand growth and visibility.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Strategic Leadership:

    Develop and oversee system-wide open studio performance metrics, including client acquisition, retention, attrition, engagement, and compliance.

    Collaborate with leadership to design and implement revenue-driving strategies and resources.

    Monitor KPIs across the network to identify growth opportunities, best practices, and areas for optimization.

    Design long-term strategies to increase Average Unit Volume (AUV) and support the system's growth.

    Lead the implementation of engagement, and retention initiatives across the franchise network.

    Create and manage sales strategies in coordination with marketing initiatives to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

    Conduct on-site studio visits and assessments, providing training and guidance to enhance studio outcomes.

    Facilitate inter-departmental collaboration on growth strategies and client engagement initiatives.

    Stay informed of industry trends and conduct market research to continuously innovate growth strategies.

    Oversee franchisee compliance and system audits to ensure adherence to brand standards.

    Strategic Partnerships and Vendor Relations

    Identify and develop partnerships to enhance studio revenue streams, including product or service expansions.

    Collaborate with vendors to implement systems that support studio operations and automation.

    Reporting and Forecasting

    Provide regular progress reports to executive leadership on network performance, market trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

    Develop forecasts and financial models to guide resource allocation and support growth initiatives.

    Analyze and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to ensure maximum impact.

    Team Leadership

    Train, and develop a high-performing open-studio operations team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

    Manage team workflows, operations, and project timelines to meet organizational goals.

    Provide mentorship and performance evaluations, addressing discipline as necessary in line with company policy.

    Ensure all training and collateral materials meet brand standards and secure necessary approvals before distribution.

    Additional Responsibilities

    Represent BODYBAR at industry events, conferences, and in community engagements to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership.

    Perform other duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Management, Business Analytics or related field

    8+ years of experience in franchise operations, multi-site management, or a related field

    Proven track record of driving growth and operational performance

    Demonstrated experience in developing and executing revenue-generating strategies

    Experience managing cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

    Proven ability to analyze KPIs, forecast performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve growth and profitability

    Expertise in compliance management and system audits within a multi-location business model.

    Familiarity with identifying and managing partnerships to enhance business performance.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with franchisees, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

    Exceptional time management and project management abilities.

    Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

    Knowledge of industry trends in fitness, wellness, or franchising, with the ability to apply these insights to the BODYBAR brand.

    Proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (experience with tools like Salesforce, BI software, or similar platforms is a plus).

    Collaborative team player with a commitment to achieving shared goals.

    Willingness to travel for on-site studio visits (up to 50%), assessments, and training as needed

    Passion for fitness and wellness, with an understanding of Pilates and boutique fitness concepts preferred.
