  • Responsibilities

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain trusted relationships with HR and business leaders, serving as a subject matter expert for compensation and benefits initiatives.

    • Develop and implement both short- and long-term strategic programs to support organizational growth.

    • Collaborate with external partners to gather data and recommendations, ensuring a competitive compensation strategy.

    • Identify, manage, and optimize vendor relationships related to Total Rewards programs.

    • Leverage innovative rewards, benefits, and incentive programs to attract and retain both hourly and salaried employees.

    • Analyze market benchmark surveys and compensation data to recommend updates to salary structures, bonuses, and incentives across business units.

    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation, wage, and payroll regulations.

    • Propose annual salary increase budgets and adjust as needed based on market trends.

    • Provide guidance on pay decisions, policy interpretation, and job descriptions related to compensation programs.

    • Support and collaborate on HR system implementations.

    • Lead, mentor, and develop team members.

    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Education and Work Experience

    • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.

    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation administration, Total Rewards, and benefits program management.

    • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) preferred.

    • In-depth knowledge of benefit plan regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and PPACA.

    • Strong financial acumen with the ability to implement cost-effective programs and analyze compensation structures.

    • Proven leadership experience in managing teams and executing strategic initiatives.

    • Experience with Workday.

    • Expertise in job evaluation, market pricing, and incentive plan design, including pay structures for hourly and professional positions.

    • Ability to collaborate effectively, build strong relationships, and influence decision-making.

    • Strong change management and process improvement skills.

    • Highly self-motivated, organized, and accountable with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

    • This role requires the ability to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
