    Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Wholesale Sales to lead and expand their wholesale sales operations. In this key leadership role, you will drive strategy, cultivate strong partnerships, and maximize revenue across wholesale channels.     Responsibilities

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across all wholesale channels.
    • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and success.
    • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale partners to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual growth.
    • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to inform business strategies and identify growth opportunities.
    • Budget Oversight: Manage sales budgets and forecast revenue, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
    • Partnership Expansion: Identify and onboard new wholesale partners while strengthening existing partnerships.
    • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and actionable plans for improvement.
    • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and logistics teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.

    Qualifications

    • Experience: 7+ years of proven success in wholesale sales leadership, with at least 3 years in a director or senior-level role.
    • Industry Expertise: Experience in the cannabis industry is preferred.
    • Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Data-Driven: Proficiency in analyzing sales data and using insights to drive decisions.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and manage multiple priorities.

    Compensation: $115,000-125,000 base salary, plus commission and a bonus!
