    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive a team of 8 sales professionals. This role is focused on developing sales strategies, increasing revenue, and providing strong leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, team leadership, and business development.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 8 salespeople to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive market expansion and increase profitability.
    • Set clear sales goals, track performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive repeat business and long-term growth.
    • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to stay competitive.
    • Oversee and refine sales processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales objectives with overall business goals.

    Qualifications & Experience

    Must-Have:

    • Leadership Experience – Proven success in managing and motivating a high-performing sales team.
    • Sales Expertise – Strong ability to drive revenue growth and close deals.
    • Strategic Thinking – Ability to develop and execute successful sales plans.

    Preferred Industry Experience:

    • Packaging industry experience preferred, but exceptional candidates from other industries will be considered.
