    The General Manager is responsible for oversight of all mitigation production, safety, training, warehouse functions, financial, sales and HR activities. They are expected to assure exceptional customer service and quality assurance is provided throughout the organization. Create and maintain employee accountability, reliability and a culture of trust and appreciation from top to bottom. Communicate and work alongside the owner to continue to achieve growth and success.

    Essential duties and responsibilities: Implement strategic business plan and formulate policies

    Ensure that company and job budgets are maintained and met

    Exceed company targets for sales, net profit, quality ratings, and customer satisfaction

    Provide vision, leadership, and discipline regarding long term growth

    Communicate/document clearly and often with all parties

    Hiring, training and motivating team members

    Builds and maintains relationships with customers, insurance companies and other stakeholders to promote business development and customer satisfaction.

    Minimum skills/qualifications: Proven experience as an experienced leader in the disaster restoration industry

    Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, marketing, operations etc.)

    Strong leadership and management skills

    Current and extensive industry knowledge on standards, regulations, safety and best practices

    Strong technology skills and comfort working within multiple platforms and CRM's

    Exceptional organization skills

    Schedule: on call weekends as needed Monday - Friday 8-10 hour shift

    Ability to relocate: Plainville, MA 02762. Relocate prior to starting work (required)
