  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Provide excellent service in caring for ministry participants and leaders
    • Provide comprehensive support to the Discipleship (Women's Ministry) team (coordinating with volunteer leaders, meeting preparation, scheduling rooms/events, calendaring)
    • Operate as first point of contact for Women’s Ministry (phone and email response)
    • Coordinate with other ministries (e.g. outreach, kids, childcare, communication, tech. support, Rooted and Life Groups, etc.)
    • Assist with ministry projects (Women’s Nights, Life and Leadership Nights, Bible Studies, MomCo, Patio Table, Prayer Events, Special Events, Leadership Development, etc.)
    • Use online planning and event management tools, room reservations and coordinate booking details
    • Oversee scholarship requests and approval for all events and ministry groups
    • Handle deposits, check requests, reimbursements, and other accounting transactions
    • Order supplies (e.g. books, DVD’s, coffee and related items, name tags, office supplies, gifts, specific event needs, etc.)
    • Coordinate with Bookstore (ordering, management, returns and accounting for bible studies)
    • Handle all database creation, updates, maintenance (events, forms, registration, reports, default records)
    • Oversee stewardship of Women's Ministry resources and upkeep of storage closet in an orderly and organized fashion
    • Create and update ministry communication pieces (text, graphics, handouts)
    • Create and coordinate print projects (signage, lanyards, booklets, copies)
    • Manage social media (Instagram post / Weekly Communication)
    • Website Updates (registration, description, event updates, regular review of content)
    • Ensure follow up of all volunteer mobilization workflow / volunteer expo
    • Tech oversight - request tech for major courses such as HTSTB and events such as Life and Leadership night and coordinate tech training for volunteers. And tech troubleshoot for all Bible studies and MomCo
