Job Description

Discovery Data is seeking Outbound Call Center Agents to be a part of a dynamic team helping our clients reach their target audiences in the financial services and insurance industries. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for making a large volume of outbound calls to industry professionals and to successfully generate qualified leads for Discovery Data clients. You will learn about some of the most interesting companies in the financial services and insurance industries and tell the stories of a variety of compelling products, services and career paths available in these industries.

We’re looking for successful, experienced outbound call agents who are self-motivated, confident and highly skilled. Ideal candidates are able to work out of our Lone Tree, CO office full- or part-time but remote applicants located in AZ, CT, FL, NC, NJ, PA, SC or TN will also be accepted. Responsibilities

 Make a large volume of outbound calls  Share the stories of our clients’ offerings and opportunities  Listen to objections and handle them effectively  Generate qualified leads and pass them on to our clients  Enter the details of every interaction in the call center system

Qualifications/Requirements

 One-year experience in an inbound or outbound call center preferred  A demonstrated pattern of success and accomplishment  Exceptional interpersonal skills  Excellent verbal communication skills  Listening skills  Attention to detail and accuracy  Professionalism  Ability to handle high-pressure situations, multi-task and meet aggressive deadlines  Interpret customer needs and match those needs with related products and services
