Position Overview

Abramson Labor Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Discovery Paralegal to join our Litigation team. We are looking for a highly motivated professional with strong organizational and communication skills, a commitment to client service, and a proven ability to excel in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain regular communication with clients to collect vital information and provide timely updates on case progress,
• Conduct extensive legal research to support case preparation and legal proceedings,
• Summarizing documents, creating chronologies and reviewing produced documents,
• Draft and send formal letters to opposing counsels to support case progression,
• Draft and send responses to discovery requests,
• Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and filed in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certification required
• 1+ year of experience working as a Discovery Paralegal required
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
