About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Wash and stock all plateware, silverware, and cooking items/utensils.

Run buss tubs from kitchen and server stations to the dish area to be washed.

Keep the dish area clean. Sweep, mop, wipe down surfaces, take out trash and recycling.

Assist with food prep.

Take any directives from management on other needs for the BOH and the restaurant.
