Responsibilities

Sort and rinse dirty dishes, to send through dish machine

Sort and stack clean dishes

Remove trash and garbage to the dumpster

Set up/break down dishwashing area

Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions

Sweep/mop floors

Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed

Clean restaurant equipment

Implement storage and rotation of food and supplies

Cross-training opportunities available

Qualifications

Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to stand for long periods of time and bend, climb or work in confined spaces

Ability to properly lift 25-50 lbs

Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation procedures

Can obtain any necessary food handling permits or licenses

Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision making skills
